Baby Luke could already tell when his big sister was around. Every time Allison was nearby and was talking, he kept jumping around and kicking his poor mom! How precious that their sibling bond has started already. Allison said she was so excited to meet baby Luke and want him to be here before Christmas. Let's hope for that :)

I'm starting to feel a little better... my head isn't as stuffy, throat isn't as sore... hopefully in a day or two I'll be back to 100%. So, I'm buckling down today for as long as I can manage and trying to get working on a few galleries.

Someone's been waiting for these, I'm sure....

I've been battling a nasty cold/sinus/virus of some sort and even had to cancel a session this afternoon (so sorry Nicole!). I have a few galleries to get up still, and am hoping to have those up by Thanksgiving weekend.

Anyhow... the sneak peek... aren't these little guys just absolutely adorable? Colin cracked himself up watching the dog run around after her ball, and little Nathan was trying to be a big helper and rake up all the gorgeous leaves in the yard.

This cute little family is anxiously awaiting little guy #2.... isn't the name Braxon so cute (I hope I'm spelling it correct, Melissa!). He will be joining big brother, Hunter in late December. Keep an eye out for his newborn session!

Here's a sweet little darling I just met this afternoon. (I literally JUST got home from her session) Isn't she absolutely precious? I am in *love* with how this shot turned out.

Now, I normally don't show sneak peeks this quickly. I was loading my cards from this weekend/today's sessions and flipping through a few pictures and saw this. I immediately had to see how it looked all finished. I am in love.

I have to give kudos to Barb for suggesting this AWESOME new location for me to shoot at. I'm always up for new places, and boy was this a gold mine that I hadn't found. Jackson is full of all sorts of rustic, industrial places. I love finding new locations. I also love it when it seems like my clients are thinking straight out of my head... this location was right up my alley.

What an awesome session. Would you have ever guessed it was freezing, completely overcast (I mean... you couldn't see the sky beyond the clouds) and RIGHT before dark? Yeah, talk about cutting it close! Luckily no one froze, and I was able to make the best of the light we had available. Thank you Rachel and Barb- I really hope you love the images!

This is how behind I am...

"Happy Halloween!"

Yes, I'm just getting around to proofing Halloween pictures. EEEK!

Porter was a lion (as you can see). Well, actually he was supposed to be Goliath from JoJo's Circus (but I really didn't like the actual Goliath costume), and my niece went as JoJo. However, at the last minute I realized I never got red face paint to do the red nose that Goliath has, so we made do with my eyeliner pencil.

Now, I do recall telling Porter in the midst of taking these pictures "If my clients kids were like you, I would quit my job!" I'm telling you... this kid makes it HARD to take pictures. He wants nothing to do with my silly tricks. Not to mention the kid doesn't sit still for a second of his life. So, 5 minutes with the camera was all I could handle with him.

Here's a little peace offering to Becky.... I know she is probably tapping her keyboard wondering... WHERE IS MY GALLERY!!! I'm so behind. There are just so many pictures from this session that I love. (so, you can bet there won't be a lack of images to choose from! HAHA!)
